▪ Evaluating HSE programs and providing coaching to employees;
▪ Monitoring the prevailing working conditions and ensuring safe working practices in Site;
▪ Attending HSE Meetings and providing technical support related to HSE issues;

▪ Maintaining General information report,Hazard condition and other requirements like equipment needed for first aid;
▪ Supervising the activities for HSE compliance, of assigned personnel on the site;
▪ Attending HSE talks and weekly job meetings;
▪ Designing and implementing safety procedures in accordance to the company’s policy;
▪ Ensure that employees are complying with the company’s safety policies and are working in accordance to the procedures;
▪ Carry out regular health and safety trainings for employees;
▪ Identifing and evaluating risky conditions and working towards making them safe;
▪ Supervising or conducting the checking and testing of all HSE equipment according to their maintenance schedules. This includes setting-up schedules, ensuring maintenance is carried out to specifications and requesting replacement as necessary;
▪ Establishment of zones requiring safety and health signalization at work;
▪ Drawing up risk assessments and health and safety plans, drawing up HSE own instructions/JSA;
▪ Drawing up documentation beeing part of risk assessment commission for IREM SERVICII SRL;
▪ Testing and verification of alarm systems for emergency situation.

▪ Creating and sustaining a productive work culture and safe work environment in order to avoid and minimize HSE related problems (prevention of human injury, environmental degradation and unsafe working conditions/practices);
▪ Daily control of HSE Department and co-ordination with other Departments in relation to HSE;
▪ Conducting site HSE inspections and issuing reports;
▪ Investigate all accidents / incidents and recommend remedial action;
▪ Supervision of loading / unloading drilling equipment from berth to vessel for oil rigs;
▪ Supervising Onshore Heavy Lift Equipments up to 550t;
▪ Drawing up working procedures and JSA;
▪ Performing site induction, pre-job and regular training for employees;

▪ Verifying the validity of lifting devices and containers;
